Parfums Christian Dior — Trade Marketing Intern in Capelle aan den IJssel (Full‑time, 6 months) supporting in‑store activations and retail merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager Benelux in planning and executing in‑store activations and trade events across Benelux.
- Create and deliver point‑of‑sale materials (sales cards, posters) and ensure retail visibility at partner stores.
- Coordinate incentive schemes to motivate retail teams and communicate incentive details to field teams.
- Liaise daily with suppliers, graphic designers, retailer head offices and store teams to progress activations.
- Contribute to monthly reporting, basic data analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Support the development and implementation of the retailtainment plan and other retail engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Trade & Merchandising Benelux team and the intern in Brussels on cross‑market activities.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Enrolled student (HBO or WO) in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related programme.
- Available full‑time for a minimum six‑month internship.
- Strong attention to detail and an aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury brand guidelines.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level — suitable for enrolled students. Prior internship experience in retail, merchandising or marketing is advantageous but not required.
Education
Enrolled in a bachelor's (HBO) or university (WO) programme in Marketing, Communications, Business or a closely related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Capelle aan den IJssel, North Holland, Netherlands, with easy access to Rotterdam.
