Join Christian Dior Couture in Las Vegas as a Temporary Operations Associate. This role requires 3 years of retail stock experience and offers a dynamic work environment within the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all shipping and receiving functions impacting store inventory.
  • Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
  • Process inbound freight, returns-to-vendors, chargebacks, transfers, and damages in accordance with company policies.
  • Support compliance with established company policies regarding safekeeping of funds, security, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
  • Communicate effectively with central distribution and corporate inventory control departments.
  • Participate in inventory and cycle counts.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Complete price changes within the boutique.
  • Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed.
  • Provide solutions and suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the receiving area.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in store meetings and training seminars.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle receiving operations effectively, including proper handling of merchandise.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete documentation.
  • Proficiency in processing information and merchandise through computer systems.
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems, inventory-control systems, and office equipment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.

Experience
