Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the processes, evolution, and maintainability of the IT systems product within the infrastructure and application ecosystem.
  • Maintain operational conditions of services and infrastructures managed by Christian Dior Couture, ensuring adherence to best practices in service continuity, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical guidance for IT projects, drafting technical implementation and operational documents.
  • Participate in implementing configurations on equipment during scheduled operations, both during and outside business hours.
  • Assist and advise users and other departments within the IT division, including studies and other technical departments.
  • Act as a Level 3 escalation point for ticket requests, handling inquiries that reach the team.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree from an engineering school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear technical requirements. Strong communication and project management skills. Client service-oriented with a focus on achieving defined service levels. Ability to work in cross-functional support within the IT division. Service and results-oriented mindset. Proactive, curious, autonomous, and rigorous. Proficiency in both English and French writing. Technical expertise in Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, Aliyun) and operating systems management (Windows, Linux). In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure: storage (Netapp), backup. Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA) and infrastructure management and monitoring tools (Centreon). Information systems security expertise. Proven experience in product and project management. Skills in needs analysis and drafting technical specifications. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage backlogs. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Education

Higher education degree from an engineering school.
