Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a program designed to identify and develop future talent across functional areas.
  • Support the organization's short and long-term objectives through administrative and project work.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop initiatives to improve business results.
  • Present a project to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Manage demand planning projects including seasonal, channel, and classification analysis.
  • Create and maintain reports to monitor sales performance by channel.
  • Update and actualize daily sales files and dashboards by category.
  • Provide recommendations for the monthly forecast process based on current trends.
  • Create monthly presentations for forecast reviews.
  • Utilize Power BI to extract and analyze data.
  • Assist distribution planners in managing weekly inventory needs.
  • Maintain and update category inventory tracking files.
  • Work with the central distribution team to update inventory transfer needs.
  • Assist in managing weekly consolidation compliance reports.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of prior experience.
  • Ability to work independently.

Skills

Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Clear and concise communication skills. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Experience with Power BI. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.

Experience

At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.

Compensation

$20 per hour, plus potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
