Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as a Senior Real Estate Lawyer. This full-time role requires expertise in real estate law and offers a dynamic work environment within the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and draft various real estate contracts, including commercial leases, concession agreements, and construction contracts, covering diverse asset types such as offices, boutiques, and logistics sites.
  • Provide legal advice and support to operational teams in construction law, real estate law, and urban planning.
  • Manage and monitor litigation and pre-litigation matters related to real estate.
  • Develop standard contracts, particularly in construction law.
  • Conduct legal research and monitor legislative, regulatory, and case law developments in real estate, construction, and urban planning.
  • Contribute to the development of legal training programs for operational teams and/or LVMH Group lawyers.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in law, specializing in real estate law, and/or CAPA qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment within the real estate sector.

Skills

Organized, meticulous, and proactive with excellent writing, synthesis, and teaching skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Familiarity with the luxury, fashion, and accessories sectors is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a law firm or corporate setting, specializing in real estate.

Education

Master's degree in law, specializing in real estate law, and/or CAPA qualification.

Workplace
