Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Senior Product Manager, Women's Handbags (Lady Dior & Pillars) — hybrid role in Île‑de‑France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and steer the product vision and assortment balance for Lady Dior and the brand’s core handbag pillars to achieve both artistic coherence and commercial performance.
  • Prepare four annual collection briefs for the studio outlining trends, market opportunities, strategic orientations and target assortment plans.
  • Oversee product codification, data quality and marketing attributes; maintain and control the central product repository.
  • Edit and refine the collection plan in collaboration with the studio and development teams; recommend product adjustments through to showroom presentation.
  • Construct and maintain the modelario (collection dashboard and buying tool) to support assortment and purchasing decisions.
  • Define pricing strategy in partnership with industrial teams; set collection pricing, conduct repricing and monitor margin performance.
  • Produce clear product copy and technical briefs for internal stakeholders and validate model/name filings with Legal.
  • Follow technical development with industrial and quality teams and coordinate prototype management, photography and showroom logistics (four showrooms/year).
  • Lead market intelligence: bespoke studies for top management, competitive benchmarking and price mapping.
  • Coordinate 360° commercialization: present product strategy to press, digital, VIP/VIC and training teams; deliver post‑showroom synthesis documents and launch packs for regions.
  • Develop seller training content and point‑of‑sale selling tools with the Training team.
  • Line‑manage one junior product manager and one intern.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school or equivalent in marketing, management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in product or product marketing roles within luxury fashion, preferably in leather goods.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and experience contributing to pricing/margin analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in product management or product marketing roles within luxury fashion, ideally focused on women's leather goods and accessories.

Education
