Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement a comprehensive on-boarding process for new employees.
  • Ensure meticulous HR administration for the designated workforce.
  • Advise management on labor law and employee relations activities.
  • Provide HR services and support to employees on all HR matters.
  • Assist line managers with daily planning activities.
  • Manage industrial relations and address employee relations issues.
  • Engage internal legal advisors for labor law and employee relations matters.
  • Offer recommendations to management based on issue analysis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of employee data and contract changes.
  • Oversee workforce planning, including job rotation and flexibility initiatives.
  • Coordinate local performance evaluations and compensation reviews.
  • Execute the local employee experience strategy action plan.
  • Develop and implement a localized HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Champion organizational culture and values in HR initiatives.
  • Develop HR initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and development projects.
  • Direct local learning initiatives and talent development programs.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement action plans.
  • Monitor and enhance HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data integrity in the HR management system.
  • Address internal audit requirements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors for contingent worker management.
  • Promote a lean manufacturing culture and manage metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a dynamic international setting, focusing on manufacturing operations.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws at the national contract level.

Skills

Proficiency in leadership with a focus on diversity and inclusion. HR budget and cost management expertise. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills. Empathy and high emotional intelligence. Advanced problem-solving techniques for complex HR challenges. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with HR software, especially SuccessFactors and Zucchetti. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher). Advanced Excel knowledge.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic international setting, specifically focusing on manufacturing operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources Management.
