Join Christian Dior Couture in Blois, France as a Security, Safety, Environment, and Health Manager. Leverage your expertise in luxury transport security within a prestigious fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise management on security and safety issues in accordance with internal security policies.
- Conduct or oversee security audits and propose improvement plans.
- Develop and implement contracts and specifications for transportation, security, and surveillance services.
- Monitor operational and investment budgets.
- Regularly verify the functionality of fire safety and security installations.
- Ensure compliance with ICPE regulations, labor codes, and various safety and security standards.
- Update and enforce security procedures related to transportation.
- Raise awareness among logistics teams about security issues.
- Track and report transport incidents and establish corrective action plans.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of transport service providers and audit their logistics platforms.
- Maintain an international watch on threats affecting logistics, particularly luxury goods.
- Analyze product flows to ensure compliance with security specifications.
- Prepare QSE, EDD, EST, POI documents, and dossiers for transport and security authorizations.
- Manage daily site security operations, including badge management and staff training.
- Maintain regulatory records and security procedure files.
- Centralize regulatory documents such as prevention plans and safety protocols.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure their implementation.
- Coordinate site visits with insurers, DRIEE, and customs officials.
- Maintain relationships with authorities such as police, gendarmerie, and SDIS.
- Manage a team.
Qualifications
- Engineering or technical university degree (Bac+5) in security risk management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in security management, preferably in luxury transport.
- Strong knowledge of international transport regulations.
- Familiarity with environmental and health procedures.
- Fluency in English is advantageous.
