Join Christian Dior Couture in Portofino as a Seasonal Sales Assistant. Contribute to sales growth and represent the brand's values in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and engage clients with product stories.
  • Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
  • Manage customer database and clienteling.
  • Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment.
  • Develop local and international client book.
  • Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
  • Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
  • Supervise product feedback and prepare deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • University education or a Fashion school degree.
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required.

Education

University education or a Fashion school degree.
