Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
  • Understand and work towards daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify customer expectations and provide product advice and add-on sales.
  • Deliver exceptional retail ceremonies and go the extra mile for customers.
  • Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
  • Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
  • Develop local and international client books and recruit top clients.
  • Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
  • Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
  • Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping of products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • University education or a Fashion school degree.
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.

Experience
