Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
  • Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
  • Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
  • Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
  • Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment across all communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
  • Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
  • Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
  • Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • University education or a Fashion school degree.
  • Proficiency in English (C1-C2) with additional languages as a plus.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques is required.

Education

University education or a Fashion school degree.
