Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories.
  • Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
  • Provide exceptional retail experiences and go the extra mile for customers.
  • Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
  • Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
  • Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
  • Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
  • Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
  • Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping of products.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • University education or a degree from a fashion school.
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2); additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software knowledge. Ambition to grow in luxury retail with a positive and kind attitude. Team-working skills and a commitment to learning. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion. Effective time management and objective-oriented work style. Strong communication skills, empathy, and an agile mindset. Ability to develop lasting relationships through strong communication.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion and luxury retail sector.

Education

University degree or Fashion school degree.
