Join Christian Dior Couture in Forte dei Marmi as a Seasonal Sales Assistant. Contribute to brand sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service in a prestigious luxury fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories.
  • Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
  • Provide an exceptional retail experience and go the extra mile for customers.
  • Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
  • Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
  • Develop and manage a local and international client book.
  • Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
  • Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
  • Prepare deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • University education or a Fashion school degree.
  • English proficiency (C1-C2) is mandatory; other languages are a plus.

Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software. Ambition to grow in luxury retail and take on new challenges. Positive, kind, and team-oriented attitude. Commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion. Objective-driven with time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, empathy, and agile mindset. Ability to develop lasting relationships through strong communication.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within fashion and luxury boutiques.

Education

University education or a Fashion school degree.
