Join Christian Dior Couture in Cortina, Italy, as a Seasonal Sales Assistant. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in luxury fashion, focusing on sales growth and customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives using effective sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
  • Understand and meet daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
  • Manage customer database and clienteling.
  • Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment across all communication channels.
  • Develop a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
  • Resolve client issues in partnership with management to benefit both the business and the client.
  • Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
  • Prepare deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • University education or a Fashion school degree.
  • English proficiency at C1-C2 level; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 360 and digital software.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the fashion and luxury sector.

Education

University degree or Fashion school diploma.
