Role & Responsibilities

  • Review monthly forecasts in Anaplan for assigned product categories in collaboration with the merchandising team.
  • Analyze business trends and conduct detailed analyses by product lines and countries to enhance forecast accuracy and anticipate market trends.
  • Prepare and lead forecast validation meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising team during buying sessions for each collection.
  • Coordinate with Central and Regional teams on new product launch strategies.
  • Monitor high and low product trends and shortages with the Regional Distribution team.
  • Identify product growth opportunities in collaboration with Merchandising.
  • Facilitate communication across various departments.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving team efficiency and visibility.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Planning.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure. Analytical skills with a strong numerical aptitude. Proficiency in Anaplan and PowerBI is advantageous. Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional language skills are beneficial.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Planning is required.

Education

Tertiary education in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
