Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
  • Welcome clients as a brand ambassador, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of collections and sales ceremonies.
  • Propose and sell items across various categories to optimize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor boutique and client portfolio KPIs.
  • Ensure client well-being in-store and deliver a personalized, unforgettable experience.
  • Proactively address the needs of a discerning clientele with expert advice on suitable pieces.
  • Engage in clienteling to build and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on both national and international clientele.
  • Expand the local client portfolio and utilize CRM techniques for client retention.
  • Participate in stock organization and maintenance, ensuring efficient client service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance store performance and processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong sense of service and excellent client interaction skills with both international and local clientele.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with a keen interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on personal performance and overall success of the brand.
  • Results-driven and adaptable to a challenging environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.
  • Exemplary behavior embodying the brand's values.

Experience
