Join Christian Dior Couture in London as a Sales Associate, offering a full-time position in a luxury fashion environment. Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Ladies Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients with the utmost professionalism.
- Cultivate client loyalty through personalized shopping experiences and relationship-building.
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge across all categories, staying informed about current marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
- Maximize sales potential by introducing add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, coordinating with the line manager as needed.
- Maintain awareness of sales targets and departmental performance metrics.
- Adhere to stock management procedures and support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and display.
- Familiarize with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
- Ensure security measures are followed to prevent product theft.
- Operate in accordance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
- Contribute positively to team meetings and undertake additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Ladies Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods
- Previous experience within luxury fashion
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- An existing client book and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- A passion for Christian Dior and its collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion is required.
