Join Christian Dior Couture in Istanbul as a Sales Assistant. Contribute to brand sales growth and provide outstanding customer service in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
- Engage clients with detailed stories of products and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
- Maintain a client-focused environment and develop a local and international client book.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
- Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
- Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping of products.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
- University education or a Fashion school degree.
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are a plus.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
Education
University degree or Fashion school degree.
