Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the history and heritage of Christian Dior Couture.
  • Welcome clients as a brand ambassador, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of collections.
  • Propose and sell items across all departments.
  • Monitor key sales indicators for the boutique and personal client portfolio.
  • Ensure client well-being in-store and offer personalized, memorable experiences.
  • Proactively address the needs of a discerning clientele.
  • Provide expert advice on products tailored to clients' desires, personality, and physique.
  • Stay attuned to trends to suggest suitable looks for clients.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Acquire and retain new clients both nationally and internationally.
  • Utilize CRM techniques to ensure accurate client data management.
  • Participate in stock organization and maintenance.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of stock and reserve items to efficiently meet client needs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and store performance enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with an international clientele.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and autonomous with a keen interest in the luxury fashion industry.
  • Result-oriented and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly desirable.
  • Exemplary presentation and embodiment of the brand's values.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
