Join Christian Dior Couture in Padova, Italy, as an RTW Quality & After Sales Officer. Oversee garment repairs and manage after-sales processes in a dynamic luxury fashion setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise workload management, operational flows, and priority setting in collaboration with the department head.
  • Evaluate garments retained for repair and make decisions regarding their processing.
  • Manage after-sales requests from the Maison, coordinating both internal and external repairs.
  • Monitor the progress of repairs, ensuring timelines are met and expediting suppliers in case of delays.
  • Open Work Orders (OdL) for necessary repair accessories, using the M3 system for warehouse communication.
  • Issue Transport Documents (DDT) for returns to the repair contractors.

Qualifications

  • Basic technical knowledge of RTW products and main manufacturing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Access (or equivalents) for quality control.
  • Familiarity with the M3 system is preferred.
  • Good command of English or French.
  • Precision, organizational skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate a team.

Experience

Beginner-level experience in quality control or after-sales service in the fashion industry.
