Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and client development in line with Christian Dior's commercial strategy.
  • Ensure excellence in customer experience and service within the boutique.
  • Manage and resolve customer disputes in accordance with company policy.
  • Lead department performance through key performance indicators, action plans, and results tracking.
  • Co-animate team objectives and motivation through daily briefings.
  • Recruit, integrate, train, and coach team members for development.
  • Oversee stock organization and management, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Communicate managerial messages from the boutique director to the team.
  • Maintain a positive social climate and high performance within the department.
  • Foster trust and collaboration with all boutique departments and European counterparts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of team management experience in luxury retail.
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

Skills

Strong initiative and commercial acumen. Sensitivity to fashion and product appeal. Excellence in customer service and boutique experience. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in team management within the luxury retail sector.
