Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and LVMH partners to ensure project schedules are met.
- Adhere to project timelines and exhibit exceptional time management skills.
- Maintain vendor processes, including account setup, purchase order creation, and invoice processing.
- Identify and create tools to support the project management process.
- Distribute project drawings and maintain project documentation.
- Propose improvements to departmental processes for increased effectiveness.
- Track and review project budgets and maintain a historical cost database.
- Collect and organize project startup information for coherent design kickoff to Paris HQ.
- Support project closeout tasks such as financial reconciliation and final payments.
- Manage the Store Planning archive, including new store opening packages and project records.
- Conduct annual audits and manage the Fine Art database.
- Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including agenda setting and material preparation.
- Distribute Store Planning materials to external teams.
- Assist in the full RFP lifecycle process and manage minor works projects.
- Maintain communication protocols related to projects, budgets, and vendor qualifications.
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ensure communication with other corporate departments and Store Operations.
- Liaise with LVMH partners to ensure high-level execution and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- 2 years of prior construction and/or project coordination experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Adobe, Word).
- Experience with AutoCAD or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years in construction or project coordination is required.

Compensation
Salary range of $70k – $80k annually, plus bonus eligibility.
