Christian Dior Couture seeks a Men's Department Manager in Stockholm, Sweden. Join a leading luxury brand to manage sales, client relations, and team development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales targets and ensure maximum profitability for the department.
  • Develop and lead the team through continuous training, evaluation, and coaching.
  • Manage a portfolio of local and international clients, recruit new clients, and foster client loyalty through CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure customers receive the highest standards of service, aligned with brand expectations.
  • Provide reports and analysis for the Menswear Department, including merchandising, stock control, and department activities.
  • Adhere to the company's charter and prevailing codes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail management.
  • Expertise in Menswear is mandatory.

Skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Outstanding customer service acumen, initiative, and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends. Ability to demonstrate own initiative. Capacity to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Swedish and English; a third language is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail management, with a specific focus on Menswear.
