Join Christian Dior in Tokyo as a Logistics & Care Service Senior Manager. This role requires expertise in logistics, inventory management, and leadership within the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support financial targets by managing stock, warehouse logistics, and order processing.
  • Develop strategies for inventory management and logistics risk assessment.
  • Monitor inventory levels across Japan, optimizing store space usage.
  • Reduce lead times from order receipt to shop inventory.
  • Manage budgeting and KPI optimization.
  • Oversee people management, including external service providers.
  • Engage in global and local supply chain projects.
  • Transform care service management and operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in people management.
  • Successful experience across functional areas and organizational levels.
  • Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
  • Experience in luxury fashion or leather goods preferred.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Experience managing 3PL service providers.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the luxury fashion or leather goods industry.
