Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as a Junior Product Manager. Contribute to the development of Dior Maison collections with a focus on strategy and innovation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the collection plan using visual tools and Excel.
  • Evaluate the performance of existing collections and identify opportunities for new product development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities based on comprehensive market research.
  • Collaborate with the creative studio to validate designs and technical sheets, ensuring feasibility and supplier compliance.
  • Manage supplier development processes, including design, manufacturing, development costs, and purchase prices.
  • Actively source and evaluate potential new partners and craftsmanship.
  • Communicate key product information internally, including craftsmanship and maintenance conditions.
  • Validate product pricing strategy and manage collection development budgets.
  • Ensure the referencing and coding of new products.
  • Secure legal compliance and intellectual property aspects of creations and artistic collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or within the decoration/tableware industry.
  • Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Adobe Suite tools and experience in the Print sector is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Diplomacy and product sensitivity.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or within the decoration/tableware industry.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
