Christian Dior Couture seeks a Junior Jewelry Product Manager in Paris, France. Join a prestigious brand within the LVMH group, focusing on market analysis and product development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and trend analysis, including competitor studies to identify trends, competitor positioning, and opportunities.
  • Perform price mapping and contribute to recommendations for new product development.
  • Create collection briefs for the Studio, focusing on trends, market opportunities, and strategic directions, in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.
  • Monitor the progress of collections with development teams and edit the collection plan in collaboration with the Studio and retail merchandising teams.
  • Participate in pricing strategy development, collection pricing, repricing, and margin tracking.
  • Prepare for launch meetings with industrial development and quality teams, and oversee production adjustments.
  • Develop the modelario, a collection dashboard and purchasing tool, and maintain it based on editing and purchasing updates.
  • Ensure product reference accuracy in collaboration with the coding manager and oversee marketing attributes, data control, and item status.
  • Organize showrooms, manage prototypes, oversee product shootings, and present products to Wholesale.
  • Craft product narratives for internal clients.
  • Coordinate 360° product launches, presenting collections and product strategies to all stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad hoc studies for top management needs.
  • Manage an intern in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a top business school in Commerce, Marketing, or Management, or equivalent.
  • Successful experience of 2 years in Product Marketing, preferably in Accessories.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general ease with IT tools. Reactivity and proactivity. Ability to work quickly in a changing, multitasking environment. Strong sense of rigor, precision, and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, autonomy, and dynamism. Curiosity, openness, with a developed sense of communication, listening, and observation.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.

Education

Degree from a top business school in Commerce, Marketing, or Management, or equivalent.
