Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as an International Retail Training Project Manager for Seasonal Collections. Drive training excellence in the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop 'Collection Insider' training programs using blended learning methodologies for comprehensive understanding of new collections and capsules.
  • Organize collaborative meetings and information sessions with HQ partners, including marketing, studio, and ateliers, to enhance training content.
  • Establish validation timelines with Business Units and coordinate the dissemination of materials to trainers.
  • Support local training teams in implementing training pathways and ensure effective tool transmission through 'Train the Trainer' sessions.
  • Provide support and address inquiries from trainers regarding tools and collections.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of training tools, consolidating field feedback to optimize future developments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on new training pedagogies to innovate blended learning pathways.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in training, marketing, or retail, preferably within a fashion house.

Skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous. Strong passion and affinity for fashion and luxury products. Excellent organizational, analytical, and creative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus. Exceptional written communication and graphic sensitivity. Strong interpersonal skills.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in training, marketing, or retail, ideally within a luxury fashion house.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher.
