Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product compliance system aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs across all business units.
  • Ensure all products adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and industry bodies.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure up-to-date compliance programs.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
  • Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and ensure timely reporting of issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in product compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the luxury or industrial sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
