Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Business Analysis in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role requires 10+ years of experience in finance leadership within multinational companies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all activities related to Financial Planning & Business Analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
  • Provide management with analytical insights on variances versus budget and previous year.
  • Coordinate with Retail Managers and Heads of Departments to elaborate Budget, Estimates, and 3-Year Plan processes.
  • Develop competition surveys and market performance analysis.
  • Support the preparation of market business reviews.
  • Drive financial profitability through financial modeling for store openings and new business initiatives.
  • Forecast stock depletion and depreciation, providing optimization recommendations.
  • Investigate significant budget overspends and deviations, offering remediation recommendations.
  • Optimize existing processes and tools to support business development.
  • Coach and develop finance talents within the team.
  • Lead various financial projects.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.

Skills

Expertise in financial planning and analysis. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in IFRS and financial reporting. Analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic insights. Experience in financial modeling and budgeting processes.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years as a Finance Leader in multinational and large-scale companies, with a preference for experience in the retail industry.

Education

Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
