Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as an EMEA Retail Merchandiser for Men's Shoes and Accessories. Drive merchandising strategy and business growth in a luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses and oversee business activities through weekly and monthly reports, monitoring sell-through rates, and establishing performance KPIs at zone, country, and boutique levels.
  • Develop sales forecasts, review replenishment targets, manage restocking, and optimize inventory and rebalancing strategies.
  • Provide operational support to retail through transfers and community engagement.
  • Participate in buying sessions by defining product offerings, purchase volumes, and boutique assortments to meet sales objectives and market-specific needs.
  • Lead commercial activities including collection launches, team training, and action plans to boost sales and sell-through rates.
  • Support boutique openings and retail events.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to gather qualitative and quantitative insights for performance enhancement.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar retail merchandising role.
  • Knowledge of the luxury men's market and its dynamics is advantageous.
  • Strong product sensitivity and passion for fashion.

Skills

Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of managing communication with sales forces, support teams, and top management. Attention to detail and swift execution, with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Autonomous and results-oriented mindset. Fluency in both English and French.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably within the luxury sector.
