Join Christian Dior Couture in Stockholm as a Deputy Boutique Manager. This full-time position requires 5 years of luxury retail management experience. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Boutique Manager in daily management of the sales team and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and coordinate the team to drive sales development in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Optimize sales by attracting new clients and maintaining a qualitative client network.
  • Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Oversee execution of window displays and maintain high standards for in-store merchandising.
  • Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
  • Assign and monitor sales goals for Sales Associates.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Ensure strong presence on the shop floor to support and lead the team.
  • Manage, coach, and train sales staff to optimize competencies.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, including security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury store management within a retail team management role.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English; a third language is advantageous.

Skills

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to demonstrate initiative and commercial creativity. Deep understanding of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity. Capability to adjust priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a luxury retail store.
