Join Christian Dior Couture in Riyadh as a Department Manager. Oversee operations in the Fine Jewellery department, ensuring excellence in customer service and team management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of the Fine Jewellery department within the boutique.
  • Collaborate with area managers to optimize stock level usage.
  • Participate in the development of the purchase plan.
  • Ensure team adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers.
  • Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing annual budgets.
  • Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking action as necessary.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for store openings, closings, and renovations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to implement partnerships.
  • Attend managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Division Manager.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Manage, engage, and guide the reporting team.
  • Set objectives and budgets for team members and ensure their achievement.
  • Coach and train team members.
  • Identify and satisfy customer needs to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management within a luxury product setting such as Fine Jewellery.

Skills

Initiative and commercial creativity with a sensitivity to fashion. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry. Demonstrated ability to take initiative. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in retail, preferably with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury setting.
