Join Christian Dior Couture in Istanbul as a Department Manager for Leather Goods & Accessories. Lead a dynamic team in a luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach the department team alongside the Store Manager, focusing on talent development and performance evaluation.
  • Lead team briefings, set goals, and provide training on product categories while fostering a collaborative team spirit.
  • Maximize sales results and performance indicators for the product categories, leveraging a deep understanding of the luxury fashion market.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with both local and international clients, ensuring long-term customer loyalty through excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Monitor and communicate sales targets and KPIs, acting as a brand ambassador for Dior.
  • Coordinate product category performance analysis and reporting in collaboration with the Retail Merchandiser to develop strategic action plans.
  • Train the team on product knowledge and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee purchasing, restocking, and stock management in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, instructing and supervising staff on operational protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
