Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive client records.
  • Facilitate communication between management and sales associates.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing requests ensuring compliance.
  • Create reports to capture category clients.
  • Organize and schedule trunk shows, events, and client experiences.
  • Oversee loans, transfers, and cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Manage reservations, client go bags, and CSR tasks.
  • Support launch preparation by creating look books with SKU, photos, and pricing.
  • Pull reserves from shows with client deposits for sales associates.
  • Take photos of new arrivals and share with the boutique team.
  • Create transfers for incoming and outgoing pieces.
  • Maintain reservation room and salon image adhering to VM guidelines.
  • Ensure 5S standards in the stockroom.
  • Coordinate messenger services for client deliveries and transfers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Strong Excel skills. Strong analytical skills. Excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including evenings, late nights, and weekends.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Compensation

Salary range of $25 - $30 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
