Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured program designed to identify and cultivate future talent across various functional areas.
  • Support the assigned department in achieving both short-term and long-term organizational objectives through administrative tasks and project work.
  • Collaborate with trainees from other departments to develop initiatives aimed at enhancing business outcomes.
  • Present a comprehensive project to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Engage in cross-departmental activities to gain a holistic understanding of the business operations.

Qualifications

  • Work authorization is required.
  • Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Commitment to the full duration of the program from July 2025 to July 2026.

Skills

Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in project management. Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
