Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and synthesize information related to competitor product launches in key markets such as France, USA, and Asia, and organize discussions on emerging product trends.
  • Participate in coordinating product innovation projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including LVMH Research laboratories, consulting agencies, and external suppliers.
  • Actively participate in organizing project follow-up meetings and preparing major product innovation events.
  • Assist in creating presentation materials for internal use and for the group's brands, including Dior, Guerlain, and Givenchy.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of the team's expertise in technical knowledge and product textures.
  • Support the team in managing operational tasks such as purchasing competitor products and creating schedules.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a Business School, Engineering School, or University with a focus on Marketing, Product, and Creativity.
  • Strong interest in the cosmetics and luxury sectors, particularly in product innovation challenges.
  • Proficient in English and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, proactive in proposing ideas.
