Christian Dior is seeking an Assistant to the Retail & Marketing Director in Tokyo, Japan. This full-time role requires Japanese and English fluency, with responsibilities including meeting coordination, translations, and travel arrangements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail & Marketing Director with meeting planning and organization, including setting agendas and preparing minutes.
  • Coordinate translations and ensure accurate communication of materials from headquarters in Japanese.
  • Arrange video conferences and manage logistics for business trips for the Retail & Marketing Director and occasionally other team members.
  • Compile and file travel and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update the Retail & Marketing Director's business trip calendar and manage overseas travel schedules for direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational management capabilities.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
