Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as an Assistant Retail Project Manager for Fine Jewellery & Timepieces. Contribute to retail projects and operational initiatives in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of retail projects and operational initiatives for the Fine Jewellery & Timepieces category.
  • Support regional teams with retail tools such as newsletters, assets, and guidelines, ensuring their effective adoption and performance.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and deadlines with external vendors and partners.
  • Conduct competitive analysis focusing on retail initiatives, communication strategies, and events of key luxury competitors.
  • Lead monthly trend-sharing sessions, presenting relevant industry articles, videos, and media.
  • Analyze CRM data for key product launches and oversee the global events calendar for Fine Jewellery & Timepieces.
  • Support regional incentives by understanding and sharing best practices, sourcing gifts, and monitoring results.
  • Monitor the implementation and performance of the gifting strategy.

Qualifications

  • Student pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Management or Business.
  • First experience in a retail environment, either in a boutique or headquarters, is appreciated.

Skills

Curiosity, proactivity, and strategic thinking. Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Team-focused with strong collaboration skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Understanding of retail operations and customer experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluency in French and English.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with initial exposure to retail environments.

Education

Pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Management or Business.
