Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as an Assistant Retail Merchandising & Business Analyst for Men's Accessories. This role offers a unique opportunity in the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Merchandiser responsible for global men's accessories from the headquarters.
  • Prepare weekly sell-out analyses for the team.
  • Analyze performance by region, store, and season.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as Sell-Thru and stock coverage.
  • Identify growth opportunities by region and best sellers.
  • Develop recommendations and action plans for weekly merchandising meetings.
  • Prepare analyses for store visits.
  • Support the development of the seasonal Core Assortment.
  • Participate in showroom buying sessions and assist in pre-buying strategy development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
  • Prior experience in Finance, Consulting, Management Control, or as a Business Analyst is highly valued.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
