Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as an Assistant Retail Merchandiser Intern. Gain experience in luxury fashion merchandising within a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the performance of Baby Dior boutiques globally.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, including sell-out reporting.
  • Analyze results by collection, product segment, and geographic zone.
  • Track key performance indicators such as sell-thru and stock coverage.
  • Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
  • Propose inter-zone product transfers and prepare action plans.
  • Translate sales analysis into visual merchandising recommendations.
  • Monitor e-commerce sales and digital communication impacts.
  • Assist in preparing the Buying Strategy and seasonal performance reviews.
  • Support buying debrief meetings and purchase recap preparations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
  • Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Interest in luxury fashion and retail merchandising.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Final-year student in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
