Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist product managers in the development and tracking of men's ready-to-wear collections.
  • Engage in daily communication with manufacturers, the studio, and internal teams.
  • Participate in collection fittings with the studio.
  • Support material sourcing and monitor lab dips for collections.
  • Update collection tracking tools, including panorama, component tables, and material sheets.
  • Oversee the dispatch of materials and components to manufacturers.
  • Aid in the reception of prototypes, including unpacking, checking, and hanger changes.
  • Manage and dispatch fabric swatches for the sales book.
  • Coordinate DHL shipments and courier bookings.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, or Business.
  • Previous experience in product development within ready-to-wear is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with PLM Centric is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with excellent adaptability. Professional attributes: curiosity, meticulousness, dynamism.

Experience

Entry-level experience in product development, particularly in ready-to-wear fashion, is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, or Business.
