Christian Dior Couture seeks an Assistant Department Manager - Ready to Wear in Dubai, UAE. Join a leading luxury fashion brand to oversee department operations and support sales goals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the Ready to Wear department, ensuring adherence to established procedures for ordering and transferring stock.
- Participate in setting up and optimizing stock level usage, and follow up with area managers to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Monitor daily sales, compare against monthly and yearly targets, and support the Department Manager in achieving sales goals.
- Assist in the execution of marketing activities and promotions within the department, including Trunk Shows and Fur Events.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by the team, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Assist in managing, engaging, and guiding the sales team, providing coaching and training to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for opening, closing, and renovation activities.
- Follow up on CRM activities to ensure compliance and align with CRM for planning and achieving OTO targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
