Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as an Assistant Department Manager. Oversee operations, support sales targets, and enhance customer service in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring adherence to established procedures for ordering and transferring stock.
- Participate in setting up and optimizing stock level usage and follow up with area managers to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Monitor daily sales, compare against monthly and yearly targets, and support the Department Manager in achieving sales goals.
- Assist in the execution of marketing activities and promotions within the department.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by the team, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
- Assist in managing, engaging, and guiding the team, providing coaching and training to enhance performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for opening, closing, and renovation activities.
- Maintain smooth relationships with suppliers and business partners to implement partnerships.
- Follow up on CRM activities to ensure 100% contactability and compliance with brand standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Expertise in jewelry.
- Demonstrated sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in retail management, with previous experience in a managerial role, ideally within the jewelry sector.
