Join Christian Dior Couture in Las Vegas as an Assistant Boutique Manager. This full-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the boutique, ensuring exceptional customer service in alignment with Christian Dior standards.
  • Enhance sales performance and monitor conversion rates on a daily basis.
  • Support the Boutique Manager in setting and tracking sales goals for the team.
  • Foster clientele development and manage customer relationships.
  • Participate in merchandise display and presentation, utilizing independent judgment and merchandising guidelines.
  • Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and other relevant topics.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
  • Coordinate sales promotions and in-store events, ensuring proper signage and advertising.
  • Manage product and stock, including transfers, damages, and inventory coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in sales performance analysis and client relationship management. Expertise in merchandise presentation and inventory management.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position within the luxury retail industry is required.
