Christian Dior Couture is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager in King of Prussia, USA. This full-time role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, and security procedures.
  • Enhance sales performance and conversion rates while minimizing stock losses.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of sales goals for associates.
  • Facilitate clientele development and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Participate in merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
  • Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling skills.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure proper communication between management and associates.
  • Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with all security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.

Skills

Ability to develop and train associates and build effective relationships. Outstanding customer service skills. Proficiency in managing sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives. Effective management of boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to operate all necessary equipment, including POS systems and office equipment.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail management.
