Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, and merchandise handling.
  • Enhance sales performance and conversion rates, while minimizing stock losses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the sales team to achieve clienteling objectives.
  • Manage boutique operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Develop and train sales associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to security procedures and oversee the locking and securing of the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and clienteling practices.

Skills

Ability to develop and train associates, building strong relationships and utilizing their skills effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficiency in managing sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives. Strong organizational skills to manage boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on sales and team leadership.
