Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of boutique operations to ensure objectives are met and profitability is maximized.
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and build strong client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic goals aligned with company vision.
  • Monitor and manage the boutique's P&L performance, minimizing losses and managing risks.
  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure cohesive retail activities.
  • Manage and develop staff, providing feedback, coaching, and identifying training needs.
  • Ensure boutique operations adhere to company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and organizational skills. Client-focused with a target-oriented approach. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to embrace change.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, including at least 6 years in a managerial capacity.

Education

Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related discipline.
