Join Christian Dior Couture in Ho Chi Minh City as an Assistant Boutique Manager. Lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales in the luxury fashion industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of boutique business to ensure objectives are met, including sales, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and inspire the boutique team to maximize sales opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor and manage the boutique's P&L performance, ensuring asset protection and risk management.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase client flow and maximize recruitment opportunities.
- Coordinate and participate in in-store and external events to enhance brand desirability.
- Translate strategic business goals into individual objectives, providing regular performance assessments and feedback.
- Manage daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with Dior standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align retail activities with corporate objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry, with at least 6 years at a managerial level.

Experience
Minimum of 10 years in the luxury retail industry, with significant managerial experience.
Education
Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
