Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct sell-in reporting and produce sell-out newsletters.
  • Synthesize qualitative market feedback and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Identify high-potential new product opportunities by geographical area.
  • Support the development of a balanced collection plan and pricing strategy.
  • Assist in establishing collection timelines, priorities, and delivery schedules.
  • Contribute to the biannual collection briefing process.
  • Develop and implement core retail and wholesale offers.
  • Manage the creation of collection posters and sales briefs.
  • Prepare for showrooms, 1x1 shootings, mini boutique visual merchandising, e-commerce shoots, and documentation such as lookbooks and look lists.
  • Ensure effective inter-departmental communication and information centralization.
  • Support planning, dispatch, and supply chain and retail merchandising relations.
  • Maintain archives and records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Strong numerical analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English.

Experience

5 to 7 years of experience in a similar merchandising role within the luxury fashion industry.

Education
