Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Chloé's values and attitude.
  • Conduct sales and customer interactions at Chloé boutiques.
  • Plan and execute store events.
  • Train and develop junior and temporary staff.
  • Propose and implement in-store displays and product placements.
  • Manage customer data and inventory.
  • Perform related administrative tasks using PC.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or sales, regardless of industry.

Skills

Passion for fashion and ability to embody Chloé's brand image. Strong teamwork and communication skills with customers, stakeholders, and team members. Ability to understand company policies and take initiative in task execution. High sales target achievement orientation with proactive problem-solving skills.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales roles.

Workplace

The role is situated in Kansai, Kansai, Japan — conveniently close to Osaka.
